BIOGRAPHY

Jubilee Menzies represents individuals and families in estate planning and elder law matters the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. She provides a wide range of bundled and unbundled estate planning services, including drafting wills, living and testamentary trusts, advance health care directives, and power of attorney documents. Jubilee also services as an advocate and advisor to seniors and their families on elder law matters, from housing concerns, disability and long-term care planning, to guardianships and conservatorships.

She is experienced in serving clients in both English and Spanish.

Prior to launching her solo practice, Jubilee practiced consumer protection, antitrust and class action litigation in San Francisco. While she enjoyed the rigors of complex litigation, she found that she missed working directly with individuals rather than entire classes of clients. She sought out opportunities to provide direct client services through her local bar association and other avenues and soon decided to open her own practice to continue helping individuals and families in her own community.
